CodeRED – Planned or Emergency Outage Notification
Marshalltown Water Works uses the CodeRED Notification System for planned or unplanned water outages and other important notifications. CodeRED allows MWW to notify customers, reaching all or targeted areas within our service area, in case of a planned or emergency situation that requires immediate action. Notifications may be delivered by phone, text or email and can be delivered in English, Spanish (Mexico), Chinese (Simplified), or Korean.

Privacy: Your contact information remains private and will only be used for MWW notifications. If you reside in or own property, including a business, within MWW ‘s service area, you are urged to sign up for CodeRED so you’ll be notified in the event of a water outage or other important notification.
